    We, Denis Besevic and Kristina Meißner-Besevic, are the founders of CBB GmbH. Our shared passion for people and our pursuit of outstanding solutions have inspired us to help companies optimise their HR processes and successfully manage change.

    Denis Besevic 


    As the founder of CBB, I have over 15 years of industry experience and specialise in the areas of analysis, project management, mentoring and coaching. My expertise ranges from setting up companies to successful crisis management in the HR sector.
    As an interim manager, I specialise in transforming HR departments and making them sustainable.
    As a mentor and coach, it is my passion to make you the best version of yourself so that you can make the difference in your organisation!
 

    My mission is to provide you with professional guidance as a reliable partner and give you the opportunity to realise your full potential.

    Kristina Meißner-Besevic
    I am a co-founder of CBB, responsible for sales and marketing and recruiting. Experienced in banking and insurance, focussed on corporate vision and service excellence.
    As a recruiter, I attract and nurture top talent for your organisation.
